Patrick Joseph Cash completed this job with excellent design achieving outstanding results. I am completely satisfied. He exceeded all my expectations and exceeded design specifications. The initial response for the design and the estimate was within 24 hours. Once I signed the contract, construction started the next day. I soon realized that Patrick had different teams of men who were highly skilled and proud to do quality work. Patrick was very prompt and offered great advice on my driveway cement design and the sidewalk pavers project. Patrick provided a Cambridge Armortec paver catalog and guided us through possible design and paver stone selection. There we met the owners, had a tour of the yard, and walked on more than ten paver stone patios. Then we met an actual Cambridge Armortec representative who explained the types of stone, color combinations, and stiles. Patrick’s design was confirmed. Our paver selections were put on order the same day. Patrick did not require any deposit and payment was only after job completion and final inspection. The cost was fair and there were no surprises. Patrick made sure I received a solid stone base of new stone and sand for the driveway foundation for the 5 inch cement that was to be poured on top. Patrick’s teams were all so professional and paid attention to the details in each of their area of work. Each of the teams impressed us. They went above and beyond in each of their specialties. Crew members were respectful, showed up on time, and cleaned up daily after themselves. My driveway and sidewalk looks amazing! Our neighbors are impressed. Contractors wanted to dig up the whole driveway, add more stone and install drains. A1 Provision Contractor Inc. were real professional. They milled the driveway and parking pad and paved in one day. After it rained, we had water standing in one area on the parking pad. Their crew came back out and paved the whole parking pad over so water would drain off, and it does. Don't call anyone else, call them first!!

This company and their crew repaved my large (10,000 sq. ft.) driveway in July of '23 and the results are nothing short of fantastic. There was a lot of detail to this job - under deck steps, around support pillars, 2 garage entrances and landscaping timbers to edge up to - and it all looks perfect. A1 Provision Contractor Inc. did a phenomenal job taking out two crumbling areas of our driveway and blending the repair into the surrounding areas. The repair crew was extremely hard working and clearly very experienced in their trade. Excellent experience.

Owner came within a week to see the damage so that he could work up a proposal. He described in detail how the repair would be accomplished and said that widening the hole indicated more extensive damage, the minimum price would be likely to cover the additional work. He also said that since the weather was still cold, he would not schedule the work to be done before mid-April. The crew came to repair the driveway on the date advised after two unavoidable rain-outs. They widened the hole and tamped down the stone base. They filled the hole with new asphalt and leveled the patch. Since I was minimum price they asked if I wanted them to extend their work to the dimensions of their the machine which heated the asphalt for removal. I asked them to do that since I wanted to make sure that the small hole was not indicative of more widespread damage to the stone base. The crew then did the work on the larger area, found no additional damage, and completely restored the driveway. The work was done carefully. When finished the driveway looked as good as new, and the crew did a full clean-up before departing. While I would certainly like to avoid any further damage to the driveway, I would use this company's services again without hesitation.

My company hired these guys to clean and regrout pavers in our pool area. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I hadn’t used them before but boy did they deliver. I don’t remember all their names. The quality of their work is absolutely outstanding. There’s an old adage that says you get what you pay for. They are worth every penny. Your crew recently repaired and patched several areas of my 5-car driveway, and I couldn't be happier. The 3-man crew was polite, pleasant and careful. Part of the job included creating "curbs" around window wells, to keep rain water from sliding down into the basement area. The finished work was perfectly sculpted and even around each well. One of the men found that part of the driveway wasn't angled away from the building and, on his own, built up a high area, so the rain would move away from the wall and foundation. Their edging next to the lawn area, was precise. They cleaned up around their work and left the area in very good shape. I doubt that any other company would be as talented and professional.

Had a parking lot done this afternoon and “outstanding” would be an easy way of writing this review. I originally did research as to how to have my parking lot repaired and decided I would give infrared repair a shot. The guys did a beautiful job, all while you can tell they were willing to give it their all to do it from what I can tell, a great job. Really hard working crew! The drive was over 300metres long and involved 6 households. Owner came out separately to attend a meeting and responded well to all the house owners’ questions. The price agreed was very competitive and he was able to start the work earlier than expected. There were some problems with the initial start however once we had ironed these out, the work was completed in 5 very long working days in some quite difficult weather conditions. All the workmen were courteous and polite and all householders involved in the association are pleased with the finished job.
